shuddering when making right turns and braking???

shuddering when making right turns and braking???
It started out that i could feel shuddering in the brakes.Now i can feel it all the time even when im not on the brakes.I know what warped rotors feel like,but thats not the pulsing/shudering that im feeling.I took it to my dealership and they said that my tires needed air.Drove off there lot and still feel the same.I cant be without my truck right now,because it trasports my work tools around..Can someone please help????

have you checked your steering dampner? Maybe it is worn out. Try jacking up your front and and see if you have any movement in the wheels or see if they are tight. Do your tires have any obnormal wear?

My steering wheel dosn't stay straight when you're driving in a straight line its like its tilted to the side like your taking a turn.I dont think my alignment would make like the shudder feeling in my steering wheel/brake pedal though..
