Truck is doing something weird now.. I get on the pedal in 3rd I dont have a problem. If its in OD I get on it and once the turbo lights I get a nasty shake. Not sure whats going on. Maybe something going bad in the trans?
Ive got a DTT buildup with billet input only.

You're sure it's only in OD and not when the TQ is locked up? That shudder is usually the TQ slipping... Could be the OD direct clutch pack is slipping if the spring has gotten weak....

mine does the same thing, its the torque converter clutch slipping, mine also shutters in 3rd locked but only if im loaded heavy on a hill. see my video i posted in this thread:
