the short curved hose that, ideas?

can anyone tell me where to get the short curved hose that
connects the fuel heater/pre-filter assembly to the lift pump. (other than the dealer) would prefer a better than stock item.....for now I have an 18 inch piece of 1/2 inch fuel line in a big loop, as the 90degree bend is too sharp and kinks, side of the freeway fix

Sorry I am no help other than I keep one in my truck for that very occasion.......never considered using a longer piece and looping it...

It was less than $10 from the dealer the last time I bought one.

You can get them at a Cummins dealer or truck repair shop that deals with Cummins.

I got one awhile back and it cost around $25.

next time I will using a metal elbow and 2 short hoses. It meeds to be high quality fuel hose.

I tried the short brass double nipple elbow....no go, bad alignment, one side of the hose is very short and there is no room for a nipple without modification

I bought a replacement sending unit for the fuel tank and the same hose from these folks.

Think I paid 5.00 for the hose. I believe it was about 60.00 for both including shipping...I called them and they really knew their stuff too. And the shipping was fast.
