Not sure how your automobile insurance works in West Virginia, but here in the State of Florida, ALL automobile insurance policies that are written in Florida are required to have a free glass replacement clause, with no deductible. At least all the major insurance companies are like that here!
I had a neighbor mowing his yard, and his mower threw a rock, and broke out my passenger side window, and my insurance company (State Farm) fixed it free.
You might want to look into that…………….
Good luck!

Dealership is actually the cheapest and most llikely to match exact,if its only the sliding small window. If the entire thing has to be replced make sure a reputable glass place does it its a bast**d to get the old window out without shattering the rest of the window.I had a horror eperience last year with mine after the 5th wheel put a nice crack in one side the glass place decided to use a screwdriver to pry around the edges to get it out.

My camper took out the rear driver side also with a slider. Went to a glass shop and price was close as from dodge, but glass shop said they were getting a lot of complaints about fit and finish with wind noise from the jobber compared to the replacements from dodge. So you might want to spend a little more for the dodge, i did and had no complaints. Oh and the same glass place did the install.

I did that in my previous Ferd. It had a 9" lift on 37's, I go to jump out and go grab a "for sale" paper off of a house and didn't realize that I hit the lock button on the way down.
Now, my truck is in the middle of the street running and I'm standing there like a jackass.
So, I did the same thing and try and pry the center window open, POP , and glass cubes are everywhere. It sucked !!!
Gave me an excuse to get one of those full electric sliders.

My insurance (Met Life) replaced the rear slider for free, as I have zero deductible on glass. At first I was afraid that was just on the windshield, but it's all the glass in the truck. The glass company replaced it with an aftermarket version that ran about $400 (CR Lawerence) because the Mopar ($1000+) was on backorder and I wanted my truck back sooner rather than later. The CR Lawerence window has worked well, no complaints.

97 12v here... just replaced my rear slider glass.
got sloppy throwing a 2x6-8ft into my truck bed. anyways... busted drivers side of slider widow. I thought no problems.. call the dealer and order a replacement glass.
rude awakening!!! called dealer who wanted $500 for entire slider. no parts available. same story from other glass companies. only they wanted up to $1,000 to replace.
replace with one piece was $200 installed. really didn't want to lose my slider.
got on the phone and called, seems like every salvage in Tulsa and then some. finally found someone who had one for $80. I said SOLD. went to pick it up... they told me bad news, one pane was broken.
I asked .. which one? passenger side was broken, but what I needed was driver's side. $40 later and I was down the road with part I needed.
slider was very easy to remove and install. took me aprox. 15 minutes to install. kind of tricky taking slider frame apart to replace glass. if you look for screws, it's not that hard.
