Well since it was talked about in the previous thread i figured i would try to see who all is interested and get something rolling.

What would everyone like to do Breakfast, lunch or dinner? Lets see if we can get a date hammered down.

I'd be up for it.As of right now I think any of those dates is ok but I better make sure what saturday I am on call.

Well I am going to try to make it. I finish work at 6am and have to be back in at 6pm but I'll see if I can swing it. The only downside is I will be driving my Nissan, truck won't be done for a while I have allot to do other then the trans install to get it right.

that will work i was just trying to give some extra time for the members that are coming from farther away. I don't think we would have to be done eating by 10 thats just the latest you can enter for breakfast (i could be wrong).

i have been working on it since i got home [coffee]. finally stopped to eat now. I got all the parts (trans mounts, skids plate, transfer case and tranny) all ready for paint. Should get the tranny and transfer case done tonight and the rest will have to wait until daylight to get sprayed outside. Also got the underside all cleaned and painted and all the wires taped and got the the adapter plate off (what the heck were they thinking when they mounted the heat exchanger to the adapter plate [duhhh]:eek:

tomorrow i should have the rear main seal in and the new flexplate and adapter plate on. Boy i wish i had the rest of the parts to finish up.

Well its time to commence to the painting.

Hey guys, I was following the thread for the past couple weeks but couldn't end up making it because of errands I had to run in the morning. I wouldn't have been able to drive the truck anyways because of a problem with the ABS side of the brakes. Next meet I'll be ready to make it to in the truck and I do agree with Dave that we should do it when the weather gets warmer. That should be happening pretty soon I hope. Good to hear that Brad has moved to PA and do you know if he'll try to join up with another name on here? Oh, by the way when is the supposed date for the Spring Fling dyno day going to happen? Don't they have one in the spring over in Dillsburg like Fall Brawl back in October? If so I can guarantee I'll be there both days on the weekend. Thanks.
