Service in Phoenix
Hi All:
This is my first post. I've been lurking for a little while. Anyway, can anyone recommend a good mechanic/service provider in the Phoenix area? The dealer ticked me off and don't want to go back.
Preferably in Central or South part of Phoenix. I have about 95K on my 05 CTD and want to keep up on the routine maintenance, etc.
I was told to replace my hydro boost by the dealer about 20K ago and after I questioned him he then said it was only wet and I should keep my eye on it.
ALSO, can anyone share their experience with the A/C fan or "flapper". My A/C does not blow like it used to (there's a joke in there for sure). It's mid-May and A/C is critical.
Thanks to all the replies and I hope this hasn't already been asked.

I can vouch for the people at Airpark Dodge in Scottsdale. They've got a few 10-20 year diesel techs in there, not just Jeep techs. Full disclosure: I do have a work relationship with them. I speak directly with the techs when I'm in there, many of them are off roaders.
I had my AC door done last summer, 16K on the truck. You could hear the blower going, but it just wasn't moving air.

Welcome to the DTR. Dont deal with avondale Dodge, they are thieves. There is a Rocky Mountain Cummins just south of I-10 off of 99th ave in Avondale. I havent had them work on any of my trucks but have bought parts for less than half of what the dealer wants.
