Serpentine belt???

Have 91.5 w/inc d250 , i have my a/c compressor off for r&r ,but need to drive truck anyone know what length of belt i"ll need?

just tell the parts store your vehicle without A/C

Yea, joey i did that they told me they didn't show a belt w/o ac??? I was trying not, to have to take my belt ( stk@ 83 in.) in and try 3-4 sizes before i found the right one,,,,, my bad huh???? ,,thanks for the come back.

Maybe I am mistaken. But I could swear I've seen this subject come up on here before.
I believe I have also seen the belt routing sticker under the hood show both options. (on another truck, mine is missing)
I miss the parts stores from days gone by. Nowadays If the kid can't find it in the computer, it's the end of the road at that store.

I don't know what parts store you use, but you need to find a new one. I removed the ac from my engine when it went in my Ford. I asked for a belt for a non ac truck and they handed it to me without looking it up.

I just did a search on O'Reilly's auto parts, I came up with three belts for non-AC trucks.
K080635, K080645, K080645HD. There were two engines listed for the 91, these numbers are good for both engines of the 91 and also for the 92 diesel. Good luck, Mike.

When I pulled the A/C compressor off of my 91.5 the new belt path required a new tensioner pulley because the belt runs the ribbed side to the idler pulley on a non-A/C.

yea, guys, went to all 3- parts stores here,,,,,and you just know when you tell them what you need,,,they have that "LOOK', this is the quote i got" If you wrap a string or small rope around the pullys we can measure it and order you one"duh-duh-.& santa, "o" said there comp. didn't show one w/o ac???Joey, i miss them days too. Any i fixed it, for now.
