I am looking for factory tan leather power driver and pass heated seats for an 01 also i need the controls and the wiring. i have been looking and dont seem to have any luck. does anyone know where i can buy these items?

This is what in my truck but I am not planning to give them away 
I am looking for some advice on how to repair torn leather though. Once I am at that I want to put in carbon fiber seat heaters, too. That leather feels COLD these days!

Your best bets would be the wrecking yards. I rarely see one of these trucks being parted out. My local wrecking yard has a few of these trucks because I have got a few parts off them. You can probably get the seats out of any Ram so equipped, 1500, 2500 etc. Depending on your location the shipping may be more thatn the actual parts, and of course 'condition' isn't always the same from one party to the other.
