Pretty sure you can do it with the downloaders/programmers, but not sure how to do it with out one.

Here ya go:

1. With all doors closed and the ignition switch in any position except On or Start, buckle the driver's seat belt.

2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait for the Seat Belt Warning Light to turn off.

3. Within 60 seconds of starting the vehicle, unbuckle and then re-buckle the driver's seat belt at least three times within 10 seconds, ending with the seat belt buckled.

4. Turn off the engine. A single chime will sound to signify that you have successfully completed the programming.

The system can be reactivated by repeating this procedure.

That worked on my 04 and 07. The 04 was tricky though and a couple times the dealer turned it back on . The 07 i got to work on the first try . It was also on page 44 of both manuals I think.

Now if I could just figure out how to turn off the "key in ignition and door open" alarm. That would be sweet. Listen to the radio while working on the truck. How about drilling a hole in the buzzer, or filling it with glue? Can't find it.

It's great not having that STUPID dinging noise when moving the truck around without your seatbelt on!
