Ok my motor blew up in my 05 and was not warrantied so I am going bigger and better. My motor is now in the machine shop and getting the cyclinder that crapped out re bored and sleeved and I also had to buy a new head because it was beat up bad. I am thinking well almost definate going with the following set up:
Edge juice with attitude, fass 150gph system, arb head studs, flux 2 don m injectors, sps66 turbo, cam, and a haisley street puller dual disc.
I want this set up to be safe for daily driver and not have to many major problems with this truck as I can afford to much this all ready is costing me a bit over 11,000 dollars. This truck will maybe do 3-4 pulls a year but figure while the motor is out I might as well get the stuff I want because the injectos and turbo are ruined all ready. I know the only problem I might have is the cp3 but it's only going to be running extra 200hp through it and I know some people on here have more then that and do ok. When I pull though I might go ahead and stack the bully dog on top of the edge and run the 90hp setting with the bully dog and 100hp setting on the edge I've tried that before and like the power. So how much power do you guys think I'll have without the bully dog and how safe will it be. All I really want to have is about a 550hp truck that will be a very steetable truck and reliable. So what do you all think?

The injectors, Juice (especially if its HOT), and I would assume the bully dog, are gonna want more fuel between the CP3 and the injectors. I would think that a DIY modded CP3 and/or a dual line kit will be neccassary. Just my 2 cents.

I am not running the hot version and almost all the time the bully dog will no be on the truck just maybe a caertain pulls and I am not even certain with that. Pretty much I will be just running the juice on the 60hp setting with the injectors everyday with the occasional bump to 100hp but thats about it. What kind of hp you think I am looking at without the bd?
