Sad Good By..
Sorry to those few who knew me here, guess I won't be coming back anymore. Why? I traded in my 99 for a Dodge Gasser. I know I know, but the real pain for me has been trying to find diesel stations in some of the places I work at - one time I had to drive back 75 miles on less than 1/4 tank cause there was none - barely made it to a local one near home!
If you're curious what I went and got, it's a limited edition 2005 Dodge Ram Datona:
It's the Orange Mango one on the top - 5.7 ltr Hemi...
Maybe someday I'll get back into dieseling again..
Gawd I'm going to miss that sound and smell..

And that fuel milage.
Sorry you "went Gasser" but that doesn't mean you can't still pop in from time to time.
We won't hold it against you ......much

Thats MR Hoss to you buddy!
It's fortunate for you that there are more stations selling gas where you're at than there are stations selling diesel. You're gonna need them.

You will come back....trust me
I traded in my 03 ctd for a VW Jetta TD! . I love the 49mph though. Well I went thru enough withdrawls that I went and bought a 93 CTD. I love the actual sound of turbo whistle again! Good luck with the "new" hemi. You will be back

too bad you didn't get a big transfer tank for the back, shoot a 100 gallon "reserve" tank would keep ya in range of a station. And kept away those pesky monthly payments. P.S. Don't try runnin 45 psi boost on that gasser !

Oh Gee Thanx... LOL
Yea I kinda feel like a few dozen times..
This gasser just ain't the same...
I miss setting the cruise control and not having to worry as I climb hills - even when I drove to Reno, as I drove up to Donner Summit (approx 8000 ft in alt) the truck used to tell me "What Hill?"
I don't know about the hemi, maybe it just MIGHT (seriously praying) that it may say the same....
