Just curious. Who is Fred Owen?

At any rate, I'll be there, if I get my front axle changeout done.

Fred works at sac raceway and he likes trucks so he rents the track for the day and puts this race on.

I'll be there to watch. Bringing a friend of mine who has never seen a fast diesel.
