just wanted some input on guys that have ran a single S400. I know you have to run the 2nd gen manifold. I was mainly wondering what to do on the oil line get a new one made or what should I do there? thanks for any input

I think there is a thread on here of a write-up about putting a 2nd gen manifold on a 3rd gen and I believe it discusses the oil lines. Try searching for it.

Give these guys a call http://www.forcedinductions.com/productsborgwarner.htm
He is very knowledgeable on diesel performance and will build a S400 to whatever spec you want. I have done a lot of research as I intend on running a S472 .90 exh t4 flange. You will have to fab something for the cold pipe and have a HX40 downpipe along with the 2nd gen manifold.

Actually the 472 has similar specs as the A5K with the .90 housing. The guys at forced inductions recommended ED for their external gate. I think they work together because Jose at forced inductions told me who to call at ED.
