Runnin tst in high setting?
Hey everyone running a tst powermax what is the highest you run it? All i have is the tst powermax on my truck, intake, and stock everything else and when i race sometimes i put it on 9/3. Am i hurting anything by doing that besides the tranny? I see alot of people only go to about 4 so im thinking it might not be a good idea..someone educate me thanks,

I'm assuming you have an auto, but you should be able to turn it up higher than 4 or 5 since you are relying on just the one box. I would strongly suggest getting some kind of pusher pump b/c I think the TST will run more than the stock fuel system can handle. I see you have an '06, so I don't know if it will supply enough or not. Someone will let you know, though.

Yea i have a stock auto, when i have it turned up that high i am running it in the standard program as it will start missin and drain the fuel rail if i have it on one of the twins settings. I am not sure if i am hurting anything when running on that high of a setting. Thanks for the replies,

Blown turbo is a possiblilty. And just cause it aint poppin dont mean it aint drainin the rail.
I can run 7/5 but I drop to about 10k on the rail and it doesnt feel nearly as strong. You want to keep it around 20ksi at wot.
