Road Armor front bumper
Anyone in here running one of these front bumpers?
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...4&d=1232501254
I am going to make my own bumper and wanted to get a few pictures of inside of the bumper. If anyone has a Road Armor bumper and could take a few shots from under the truck I would greatly appreciate......... Thanks....

Wow. Those are very nice looking bumpers. I doubt one will ever be in my budget though. Good idea on building one yourself.
How did you pick up a CC long bed 4x4 5 speed for $2700?

There is an old thread on pirate4x4 that gives all the measurements for a similar looking bumper. Im pretty sure I have it bookmarked - I will try to find the link for you when I get home tonight.

Ha funny you say that DR. Evil.. I started thinking about building one of my own last summer.
My first step was to get a bunch of cardboard and cut and make a template.
Then take it to a steel shop and have em cut it all to shape and size and start welding.
Still thinking about it, maybe this thead will get me goin on it again!

i have already made one out of cardboard. just make sure you tape the seams together realy well or else its really flimsy. once warm weather comes around i will get to taking off my bumper and mocking it up in place and making final corrections and customize it. i would like to get a set of stock bumper mounts and use those to bolt to the frame since they already have the correct holes in them.
