How to Reset Trouble Codes???
I have a 95 ram 2500 and for some reason my "ABS" light and "Parking Brake" light stay on. I believe 1 of 2 reasons my have caused this.
1) I recently removed my front caliper and rear drum to inspect my brakes
or
2) I drove over a really big pot hole.
I didn't notice the warning lights after I inspected the brakes, but I wasn't really paying attention. The next morning on the way to work I ran over a really big pot hole and that's when I noticed the warning lights.
Does anybody know how to reset these trouble codes so I can see if they will come on again???

There is no resetting for the abs light, when the problem does not exist the light will go out. Most likely cause is the rear speed senso in the diff has failed as long as you did not hurt any wiring or sensors while working on the truck

Brake codes are what is known as a hard code, they have to be reset with a code reader or wait for 60 engine on/off cycles without the problem present to reset. This is to insure that the owner takes care of an all important brake problem.
