Replacing weatherstrip in rear sliding window

Is it possible to replace the rubber/weatherstripping in the factory rear sliding window? All of mine are dry-rotted, but all else seems to be in good shape. Thanks!

I would think it's possible. Check LMCTruck.com I got door weatherstripping from them and it was excellent quality. Good Luck, Chuck
