Replacement Left Towing Mirror

I have a buddy that wants his left towing mirror replaced (shattered it good, but I haven't seen it at the shape its in now) and he doesn't want to spend more than $150 for it. Where can I find a mirror along this price range or lower. I'm on ebay looking for them dayly as it is.
