Hi All,

I have an 07 5.9L quad cab 2500 truck. Rather than replacing the complete exhaust system, I replaced the muffler with the MBRP muffler replace kit, then a year later (this summer) I put on the MBRP Cat test pipe. I live in a county where a diesel emissions test is required every two years and they do a visual inspection for the cat.

On my last camping trip the whole exhaust pipe pulled of from the stock downpipe back. I guess I did not have the band clamp tight enough but it was cranked on as tight as I could get it.

I need a recommendation on a better band clamp than the ones I used (Diamond Eye) and also how to pull apart the junction where the tailpipe meets the rear of the MBRP muffler.
