Rebuild Time. Parts??

My brother is almost a certified mechanic. Hes not very old but hes good. Hes gonna help me with this rebuild. Odometer stopped at 197,000 but my bet is its got at least 350k on it. It leaks oil out of the blow by tube, leaks lots of oil out of the oil pan, and out of the left bottom corner of the timing cover..not out of the timing cover, but behind it. power stearing pump an steering gear box also leak. I want to rebuild it to hold 500-600 horsepower if i ever make it to that one day. I know i need head studs, 60 pound valve springs, and gaskets. What else? And whos got the best prices on this stuff, cause i know the good head studs are expensive. I need a reseal kit for the power steering pump and the gear box below it...plus all the engine gaskets. The only thing I dont want to mess with is the injector pump because it works perfect and has never leaked a drop. Any knowledge would on all this is appreciated.
Thanks, Will

If your tearing it down may as well throw on a new set or rings, and spin in some fresh bearings as well. Shouldn't need anything more then that on the bottom end.
