Rebuild bored .40 over, anything new to look for?

My engine was rebuilt and bored .40 over. Is there anything to pay attention to with the new displacement? Will it run hotter temp or EGT, make more power, use more fuel (I'm spit balling here)? Any info would be great.

You've increased your displacement by 2% 359cu-in to 366cu-in. You won't notice a thing beyond the overall improvements in power, etc. from the rebuild itself.

BTW
Engine size (Displacement) = the area of the piston * stroke * 6 cylinders
Area of piston = PI* (1/2 piston diameter) Squared

Stock
Bore 4.02in
Stroke 4.79in
Disp = [(4.02/2)^2 * 3.14159 * 4.79] * 6 = 359cu-in

Bored
Bore 4.020+.040
Stroke 4.79
Disp = [(4.06/2)^2 * 3.14159 * 4.79] * 6 = 366

366/359 = 1.02 = 2%

Jumper, your math is correct, but my research tells me that the stroke is 4.72 inches. Either way, it still comes out to 366ci.

The correct way to figure the % change is:

(366-359)/359

Still comes out to 2% though.
