rear U-Bolt torque specs?

rear U-Bolt torque specs?

I just wondering if anyone knows what the torque specs are for the u-bolts?truck is a 2006 4x4 2500

Not disagree with shorts but my manual says 85 ft/lb fo my '03.

Just replaced my driveshaft ('06-3500) and the spec. I had was 85 ft/lbs.

Now I'm confused.


I was thinking"Ubolt"from the rear suspension which was 110ft/lbs. Now I'm wondering if the OP meant ubolt from the driveshaft. That is 85ft/lbs.

Sorry for the confusion!

Shorts you are right, it is confusing. I understood the u-joints on the drive shaft. U-bolts on the suspension is a horse of a different color.
