Rear Driveshaft U-joints

I ordered Spicer 1480 U-joints. I just wanted to make sure there the correct ones. Any heads up on pressing them in and torching the old ones out? My original ones are Dust

Simple trick if you don't have a press you can use a vise. get a socket that will go though the opening too press the cap out. On the reverse side use a socket thats way bigger too catch the cap on the side that is being pushed out. Soak them in some good penetrating oil keep a socket and a ball pean hammer to tap the cap if need be. Ummmmmmmmm also press the new caps in don't hammer them you will stand a worse chance at causing the needles too tip over and give you grief and allot of cussing headaches and make sure you have grease in the caps too hold the bearings in place.
