Is a dana 80 out of a single rear wheel and a dana 80 out of a dually the same width? Im having thoughts of converting mine to single if it will be the right width.

A 3500 cab & chassis is the same as the 2500, the dually is 2 1/2 inches wider on each side. trust me

well even if it is only 2 1/2" wider on each side then with a set of 16x10's and some 315's you probably wouldnt notice it too quick would you?

I ran an d80 out of a dually on my truck for a bit, tires only stuck out a tad more in the rear, about even with front tires.

there's a big chunk cut out of the fender, so the tires will clear when loaded. It wouldn't be a little body work
