rear axel seal leak

Hey I just found out that y drivers rear seal is starting to leak. I'm wounder is this common for 50k miles or am I unique? Look like it going to be covered under the power train warranty plus deduct.

Yes, my 07 5.9's Drivers Rear axle started to seep at 48,000. Finally took it in when it was dripping on the tire at 59,000. Was totally shot. LOL SO yes it can happen but you don't read much about them here on this board.

Yeh I tried to seach for issues can came up with none so I figured it might just be my dumb luck.

Yes, I've seen them leak at pretty much any mileage on any brand of truck.
