Rate this setup, what should I tell him to improve on next?

Rate this setup, what should I tell him to improve on next?
Friend has a 03 dually, not sure if S.O. or H.O.
SB dual disk clutch
Air dog
TST Powermax
80 hp injectors.
Stock Turbo (told him to go HTT)
AFe intake, Straight pipe.
I advised next a vulcan straw, big line supply kit from glacier, modified or dual cp3, turbo, input shaft, or studs/twins next,
I tried to convince him Smarty was better, what do you guys think of TST stuff?.
He *thinks* to have 550HP, which i don't agree with, hes adding the "claimed" advertised numbers in his head. I said a dyno will only prove that not in your head stuff.
I'm thinking 450-475, especially on stock turbo?
So what do you guys think I should tell him, seems money isn't an issue for him, must be nice.

With that stock he341, he is maybe closer to 400 than anything... Now if he had a proper turbo, that setup might be closer to high 500's. That stock turbo will not support much , and I am certain he is overspinning it way outside its map. Turbo before anything else.

The TST is great too but it is so much better when stacked with a pressure box and/or a programmer. I agree that he is probably not where he thinks he is if he still has the stock turbo too.
