Rare Parts Track Bar Review

Just thought I'd mention that there is another option when upgrading your track bar. I bought the Rare Parts adjustable track bar for my '02 and installed it. I adjusted for the 2" leveling kit and was still well within the range of adjustability. The bar is about twice the size of the stock unit in diameter. The ball end is massive, adjustable, and rebuildable. It feels very tight now, handles great.

I think it's probably the same "rare parts" track bar most auto places sell (e.g. auto zone, napa, etc...).

I know my auto zone gave me that as an option when buying mine, for about $200 more

No it's not. It's a beefy piece. Here's a link with pictures:

It sure is. I don't know if this link works, but here's autozones rare parts track bar.

A full 208 dollars more at my local auto zone when compared to OE replacement with a 3 month warranty compared to lifetime.

The pictures don't do it justice, this thing is massive. I figured I'd try this out and see how long it lasts. For me, it beats buying a stock-style bar that I have to replace frequently...

Don't buy this track bar, it only lasted less than 20K miles...
