I'm really only concerned about 03-04 trucks at idle, but everyone can chime in. I'm seeing stock rail pressures at idle, 5300-5400psi, some are seeing much more at idle. As far as I can tell this latest beta is a little different and it ROCKS! Seems like better throttle response w/o touchiness, also seems to pull harder than ever. The dyno will tell.

My 06 idles at 8200-8400 on sw-9 which is up from 6600-6800 it does stock. Yours sounds about normal to me the 03-04 seem to idle at lower psi.

So even w/ the 4.4, the 03-04 trucks are going to only see 5300-5400psi at idle? Why are the 04.5s and newer seeing much higher rail pressure(8000-9000psi) at idle?

mines been idling about 8000, even up to almost 10. seems way to high.

That's normal on the 325/600,610 engines, I was worried about mine being too low.
