Radio repair

Anyone had a radio problem? Do they replace it or send it off for repair?

CD changer is acting up.

Thanks.

Re:Radio repair

With most, the radio is farmed out to a local electronics shop in the area. Just ask your service guy and most likely they will tell you exactly who they use. Most dealer's in my area use the same shop reguardless of brand.

Re:Radio repair

We were exchanging the audio components that were not working when I was with Ferd. That way the customer always had a radio/CD etc. Dunno if DC does this. Sometimes components will be gone for weeks for repairs.
