Ok, i sold my barely used predator on ebay.....he got it and hes telling me its still locked ot my truck?

Thing is...i programmed my truck back to stock and put the predator on the shelf way before i bought my smarty jr.!!! now im running the smarty jr.? WHat could be the issue here?

hmmm talk to the guys a diablo, they might be able to fix it... Can you put it back on your truck and program back to stock again? He is probly pretty far if I had to guess though.

ill try and give them a call...im assuming they wont be open till monday and im afraid they wont want to help since ive sold the unit?

I guess i am just going to eat the cost of him shipping it back to me and see if it still works with my truck??? Ill be afraid the spend the money to reship it to him and it not work AGAIN

I don't think so. Too many of them have been bought and sold and nobody seems to have any problems. I know I've had one and then got rid of it. No problem for the guy that bought it.

They can unlock it without it ever having to come back to you just call them with the details if you can ever get through.

ask the guy to try loading a tune,or go into troubleshooting mode,i let my dad try my pred on his 03 and it said tune doesnt match or somthing but it did go into the tune mode and let him load a tune,when i put his back to stock it owrked fine loading it back into my truck.hope you get it figured out

Your not the only one I got into a heated discussion with one of their techs. (cole) at tx diesel nationals and then he started bashing me openly on their forumns and I will not purchase any more of their products EVER.

I sold my predator from my 05 GM when I bought the Dodge. No problems at all. I just put the stock tune back in the truck and sold it.
