I'm not sure what to call it. It is on the top hinge and has notches cut out so the door can open and sit at different places.

Mine is completely worn out on the driver side.....the bushing is gone and looks to be egg shaped. I searched here and found the door bushing replacement instructions.

Do the bushing kits you get at the parts stores come with this extra pin? I can weld it up and redrill it if I have to. I will also need new door bushings anyway.
