Question about T/C switch for an 06
First, thank you Cummins610 for the info, I still have one more question before I do this. When I open up the fuse box and pull relay #59 and find pin #'s 30 and 87 and connect them I don't need the 33 ohm resistor at all? I noticed in some of the write ups for the 03 to 05 they used a 33 ohm resistor.
Thanks for all the help,
Jason

Found the answer to T/C lockup switch
I found the answer to my question, in case anyone else needs to know yes you do need a 33 ohm resistor in line of the ground wire.

Howdy, where and how are you going to mount your switch?
I've been wanting to do the same thing, but I want a switch that mounts
real clean to the shifter that I can flick with my finger.
I couldn't find any solutions that didn't have exposed switch parts etc. so I haven't done it.

TC switch mounting solution
I am trying to decide whether I want it on the back of the steering wheel, where the radio controls would be if equipped, or if I want to put it where the power adjust pedal controls would be if equipped. I am leaning toward the latter for two reasons ease of installation and, also I would not have to fool with the airbag. I think a simple toggle switch and an led or a lighted rocker switch will look real nice where the power adjust pedal would be. Just my .02
