Quadzilla XZT+ Ya or Na?

I'm looking at getting a XZT+ from a member of one of the other sites for my 02. I've been looking at the different boxes for a while and I've seen a huge response to the quadzilla products. It seems that their products and service are very good. Anyone have expierence with this box? I see its USB updatable. Is it easy to update? And how is the power? To let you know I'm not looking for a ton of power out of this box, just a little more for towing and to have a little fun with. I'd like to save the big power for later down the road.

I really like my XZT+, nice little box for the price! And yes, Quads customer service is great. It is really easy to update off of their website. When you first get it(if you do) make sure you read the instructions for how to install the program on your computer (program that recognizes the XZT+). The power is nice, and you can always change how and where the XZT+ fuels itself by downloading different tunes off the website. The most HP you will see out of this box is well, as much as it's rated for - 65HP. It does not Tap "the wire" on the IP and runs through the data link port (I think that is what it is called). And to be honest, I've seen a really good improvement of MPG when I leave it on the Timing setting compared to when the box is off.

Oh and it's nice in the winter because you can download high idle tunes for when the switch is switched to off.

Thanks guys, good to hear. I ent my money today, I should have it by the end of the week hopefully. It'll be nice to have the program with the higher idle for winter time.

I find that feature really nice, and you can download different tunes, depending on when you want high idle to kick on. To take high idle off you can either move the switch position, or blip the throttle.

It is pretty easy to install as well, heck the hardest part is getting the harness through the firewall When you do install it, make sure you have no corrosion in the Data Link Plug, or the Map Sensor plug. Could even put a little bit of electric grease in there if you wanted (careful not too much though).

If you have any other questions, make sure to ask

Yep, I also feel the XZT+ is an excellent box. I was one of the original beta testers for this box. In fact, I'm still using the last beta box sent to me. It truely is easy to install and with the different tunes available, it can be fine tuned to your taste. Oh also it's a great box for towing. I always use it when towing. Plenty amount of power is available and the EGT's stay cool; well if you keep the boost up that is.
