Quadzilla Recon XZT Erratic Fuel Pressure....
Noticed psi readings on my Quadzilla XZT are often stuck at zero and/or fluctuating erratically between 0 & 9psi I've tried the following remedies with no luck...
1) New OEM fuel filter.
2) New (spare) revised Quadzilla fuel pressure module.
3) Trucks LP @ filter housing is only a few months old & trucks been running fine.
4) Spoke w/Quadzilla & was told to ship the unit in for testing which could cost $50 if they find an issue w/the recon xzt unit.
5) Is it possible the "revised" fuel pressure module would put unforseen stress on an older recon xzt's fuel pressure circuit & eventually cause erratic psi readings?
6) Is there something I'm missing or did wrong? Should I take the chance for $50 bucks? I already had issues in the past w/a dead fuel pressure module which went bad w/in a year. (Thankfully & respectfully, I did recieve a replacement "revised" fuel pressure module w/in the warranty period & ended up buying a 2nd module for future trouble shooting purposes).
Thoughts/solutions anyone?

I wouldn't wast any more money on a Quad fuel pressure anything. My Recon never worked right, so I sent it in for a flash and a new sender. Worked for a few weeks then quit again.
Biggest waste of money I have spent on the truck. Get something proven to be reliable.

I just got a new Zilla fuel pressure/ Rail pressure unit installed out at Mass Diesel. Actually Scott installed the rail pressure but not the fuel pressure he was waiting for the updated sending unit/sensor from Zilla. Well the rail pressure seems to be working it's so erratic it would be hard to tell if it wasn't... But the fuel pressure only worked 1 day. It would read 10 psi at an idle and down to 1psi when I would get right into it. Now it reads 30 -70 psi all the time... Up and down non stop. I have unplugged it a couple of times and it settled down but after a min or two right back up to 50 psi. I have to say I'm not surprised everything that I have ever got from Qzilla has been JUNK 1st class. I even talked to Scott when he suggested it and he though that they had gotten there stuff together but unfortunately it is obvious that they are still turning out junk!
Good luck,
