Quadzilla has been at the head of development for the Common Rail Cummins since the fall of 2002! After tons of research and several successful products, the Xzillaraider was designed. Taking our experience, we have created the ultimate module for the Common Rail Cummins.
The Xzillaraider takes full advantage of all of the available power of your Cummins without sacrificing reliability or requiring you to buy additional expensive parts to receive the full benefits it provides. The Xzillaraider module alters fuel injection quantity, fuel pressure, fuel injection timing, and boost. The combination of these parameters allows us to make unbelievably smooth and efficient power.

Not sure about the price, but I have to add that I switched my chip to the new race chip and in the middle setting am getting (no lie) 24 - 28 MPG now depending on the speed. at 72 MPH it gets 23.9 MPG and at 60 MPH I am at 28.2 MPG. Just my 2 cents.

Does anyone know what kind of torque numbers the race module puts out?

If you just want MPG gains, then the 65hp Towing box is for you, remember that any increase in HP can be a danger to your auto tranny unless you drive sensibly ;)

I have an adjustable box and it did throw a code. My check engine light came on cruising on the 100 hp level. This same problem has been reported by many members.
I returned the box and harness to Quadzilla (at their request) and received my return. Jeremy McCann stated there was no issue with the box and charged me for return shipping. I asked Jeremy to credit me $10 shipping and he refused. All this tells me is that there is an existing issue that they cannot figure out, and they do not care about their customers.

Or you have an existing problem with your truck and the fueling box only unmasked the situation. I have seen this with many different brands, you add HP and it rears it's ugly head.
You don't mention which code it threw, but if it were me I would be looking into it in more detail so that I could fix the REAL problem ;) You may find that you have another problem you are not aware of.
I run the 100hp box and it did trow some codes and i took it to quad and they checked the box and replaced my wire harness with no questions so they do care about their customers, most places do not refund shipping. The problem with mine throwing codes was the fact that the plugs were not completely plugged together and were not making a good connection. it was probably about a half millimeter out and that was enough. I've had it since aug and have put about 30k on it with out a problem other then the fuel pressure regulator went out which my dealer told me is pretty common for my year model. which mightbe part of your code problem

I also run a 100 HP Quadzilla box, usually I run on the 1st boost setting above stock (which seems by the math to be helping fuel economy about 2.5 to 3 MPG) It is stacked with a Rockteck Timing sensor. Even with both I have yet to throw a code and have been running the Quadzilla since August. I am a non-smoker so I located the switch in the ashtray - it just seemed a logical place for it as it gives a convenient, hidden, tilt out access to the control. The box itself is only slightly larger than a box of matches and is behind the dash, above the pedals and held in place by a tie wrap around the column. Some people mount them to the lower edge of the dash to be able to see the LED's in it, but I don't need to. I have found that it works OK to watch the road as I am driving instead of led's in a box!

Or there is a problem with the box as stated by me and others. The box did cause the CEL light to come on. Quad did send me another box and I haven't had a code since.

There was never a question about "refunding" shipping. I paid shipping to return a defective part, and I was charged an additional $10.00 shipping fee to get my replacement. A real company would provide a shipping label to return the defective product (especially with the known problems that these have) and ship the new one at their cost. If you all don't mind paying the extra 20 bucks to get the product you paid for, that's cool. I do mind!

Ok, first a disclaimer:
I have no first hand info on this issue right now. I have not been involved on either side personally so anything I comment on is based on what I have seen here.
I will make it short and sweet. If you had a problem and sent it to us you should not have to pay shipping back to you unless you were trying to get us to overnight it or something.
Now I will have to go research this as everything should be documented in our system. If I need more info I will pm you. If we were wrong we will correct the mistake.

Also just for future reference if anyone ever has an issue that needs to be handled by a higher authority please ask for a supervisor. These people get paid to handle these sorts of issues.
If you think it was still handled wrong or don't think you got to talk to the right person then by all means come on here and pm me or even better yet post your problem, but if you post it please do it in the Performance section.
I barely have enough time to visit the Performance section and sometimes the posts and my pm's don't get the attention needed, but I will get the pm or see the post and get it handled.
Obviously I can't handle every call or every issue so I have to use people to do it for me and they are just like everyone else, normal people. They have bad days like we all do, they make mistakes just like everyone else I know. I wished I could hire perfect people, I would just retire.
So by all means please try some different channels. For some reason I never heard about this until tonight when I stumbled onto it. This could have been handled a long time ago without any panties getting in a wad. I hate to see silly things that turn into horror stories when I know they can be resolved easily and quickly.
Maybe that will help someone in the future. Don't be scared to ask for higher authority, there is always someone higher in the food chain. Unless of course you get me, but then you know I am perfect. [duhhh] [eyecrazy] [laugh]

This is why you have to ask for Quad when ordering. Cause if you get the box from him it's perfect. If you bought it from somebody else other than quad they design them to have errors to make more money off of you [duhhh] [duhhh]
All in all this is why Quad is the box I went with. He is very loyal, willing to help out, this and that. Everybody in here if they had a problem with there truck and was told oh go to this dealer they'll warrenty anything with a box would drive outa there way to go there. Paying to ship it back, that's small. I'd rather have a guy trying to fix problems then not really hear about them. You don't see banks, edge, or any of those guys on here selling or helping with there problem, but quad does. Think about it, he's diong a lot of research and developement, we all are helping to make the perfect product. If you want a perfect product wait 10 years so that by the time new stuff comes out, you can use the old stuff that's bulllet proof. Problem is everybody wants new, more power, and there are bugs in anything. Heck I gota leave early 3rd trip to the dealer (at least they fix what I tell them is wrong with it). Might take a cruz in a car or something too  My thoughts, Keep up the great work Quad!!!

Yes they are pretty much ready, but we are changing a part on the design to make it better. After a bunch of testing we found that a couple of the parts we were using to control the Vp44 could be made more reliable.
We have beta units out and we are going to start testing these new parts this week.
There will be 2 modules both will be adjustable for egt purposes. The first will go up to around 50-60hp depending on the truck (ho, non ho, auto) but will produce somewhere in the neighborhood of 225 ft lbs of torque. The larger module will be 100 hp ( give or take some for ho, non ho and auto trucks) and around 300 ft lbs of torque. The smaller module will have off and 2 settings and the higher horsepower module will have 3 levels plus off.
Hope that helps. I could feasibly sell them now, but I want to make sure that they have the best components possible.

I have run my quad box on 60 or 100 h.p. setting for 53,000 miles with no problems at all. When I first installed it I did light the c.e.l. up, but that was because I did not push a plug in all the way. I am going upgrade to the race version as soon as I get some extra flow. I actually had some $$ for it, but I spent it on the rail pressure gauge and so the race version will have to wait a few weeks.
