Quad race and GDP 392?

I was wondering if adding the GDP 392 that I just ordered is going to give me any more juice than I had before, or will it simply just maintain a higher level of fuel psi on a consistant basis while running my Quad race?

Just thought Id see if it added any hp, Im itching while saving for my trans!

If the CP3 was starving for fuel during WOT runs with heavy duration there will be a gain with the higher lift pump pressure.

the Bullydog/Quad stack you used to run would be easier to feel extra psi....

i felt the difference in a fuel system with stock power. When it down gears to 3rd on the highway, it won't suck you down quite so bad anymore.

you waited a whole 26 minutes before saying it is too dumb of a question to answer? shame on you.

the better lift pump will help ensure the longetivity of the cp3. with that stack, you are moving a lot of fuel.

Ya, 26min, but it was kind of a lame thread!! I was just hoping I would get a little power back since my BDDL is missing!

I don't think that was a lame question at all. I have been wondering the same thing. My smarty was pulling my stock fuel pressure down pretty low...maybe 1 to 3 psi at WOT. I dyno'd 466/922 with it though. We have another dyno meet coming up in April in Lewisville. I doubt my numbers will improve any but im gonna try it again with the GDP 392 installed and see if it makes any difference. Im pushing about 18psi now....and with cleaner 2 micron filtered fuel too.

Boss you should go ahead and plan to come to the dyno meet since you are in the Dallas area.
