Pyro question

When I first bought my 06 I had a local shop install a pyro, boost and trans temp gauges for me but when he installed the pyro he installed it post turbo. At the time I figured it would not be bad since the truck is stock and planned on keeping it that way.

Now I have ordered a Quad XZT with the commander and was wondering if the pyro should be mounted up on the manifold or will the post turbo be ok? I know that there is a temp difference between post and pre tubo but not sure what it is roughly (200 deg?).

Also wondering if I should keep the analog gauges and use the commander as well and compare the two set-ups for accuracy or if I should s-can the gauges all together?

Any info will be appreciated.

Keep them all.. You will be surprised in the difference... I would drill the commander pre turbo then you can set it to de-fuel if she gets too warm!!
