Putting together a replacement engine, need advice

I'm working on what came out of a 95 auto truck, so its a 160hp rated engine.

Has about 200k miles on it, getting completely redone. The head, block and crank are out at the shop getting checked right now. It also getting, new bearings, rings, etc...

I'm looking for right around 400hp with a set of twins, I don't want any EGT issues, the truck is a daily driver, occasional tow rig.

I'm going to o-ring the head, studs, mild port job, heavy valve springs. Thinking about a cam, talked to Hamilton Cams and I'm interested in one of those.

I'm thinking about building the twins using a hybrid H1C I have and a HX-55, would this be reasonable to the hp I'm looking for?

What should I do with the injection pump, besides 191 delivery valves and a 4k spring kit?

Injectors, I have an idea what to run, I was thinking a set of DDP 90 hp ones. Anyone have a different idea?
