does anyone know where the vacuum pump located on a 2003 dodge cummins isit belt driven having ac problems thought maybe ac controls woked off of vacuum

My "03" had a vacuum pump for the cruise control mounted on the passenger fender well....but I believe that is all it controlled.....not sure....If the cruise control isn't working then it may be related....just a thought...
