pulling w3rd gens
hey guys im new to the 3rd gen croud and wanting to do some pulling. im not new to pulling as ive tractor pulled for 10 yrs and pulled my 02 a few times, took this year off and watching a pack of duramax guys in need of some cummins competition has me fired up. thinking about swapping my auto for a nv5600. as for the new t case and axles was wondering how theyve been holding up to pulling for u guys that have been playing with the 3rd gens more. Im dreaming of 700+ as of now for a winter project. thanks for any helpfull info.

ive pulled my truck one time with a built auto trans and it did good. my distance was not the best but i didnt have good tires. the only thing guys break with the nv5600 is the main shaft. other than that it is a strong tranny. 700 is possible with enough mods.

I love mine, I have only hooked 6 times but I havn't had any problems. I am not running 700hp either. I love the way it pulls though. here is a video.
