I am guessing you would be at 10-11k total. I would be concerned about the pin weight. What is you tire/axle rating for the rear?
If you could put it all on the lowere part, with the heaviest weigh forward, that may work.
I would keep it under 60.

I pulled a 10K 30ft 5th wheel with my old '92 W250. The pump had been pushed to the max with a spring change, a 12cm turbo housing and the tranny had an aftermarket TC(88% I think?). I pulled that trailer only twice, both times over the canadian rockies. Wasn't going fast but she handled it.
I'd love to see pics and have some feedback after you've got it set up. I have a '93 Grand Cherokee on 36s that I haul around on 18ft car trailer with a camper on the truck. I recently upgraded the camper to an 11ft and am having some clearance issues with the camper/trailer. That and pulling the camper on and off every other weekend is getting really old so I've been thinking about making a toy hauler as well.
Let us know how it works out. I wworry about getting into some campgrounds.....
