Puff of black smoke when I stab the throttle...
I turned my starwheel back to no spring tension back in November. I never noticed it till today but when I looked in my sideview mirror and wacked the throttle from a stoplight. WOW! a nice puff of black smoke off the line.
I remember checking for this after I adjusted the star wheel but I don't remember seeing much black smoke. It's just in that split second when you wack the throttle, then It's clear again. Why did it not do this right when I originally adjusted it? I have a brand new air filter in it.

could have been the weather/temp. could have been some wind out then and you just didn't notice it, maybe fuel filter was dirty at the time, hard to say. Either way a small puff is no biggie.
