Programmer observations from a small timer
Ok, I know Smarty's are #1, but...
I met a super nice guy this evening w/ a clean 04.5 quadcab shortbed 2500 4x4, we did some trading and I swapped him my stock front bumper for his old Flashpaq (he upgraded to Smarty Sr POD). After loading the updates so it would work on my truck I loaded the TOW tune and wow was I impressed! On the test drive I caught rubber in 2nd & 3rd gear, truck accelerates like heck, and suprisingly the egts are actually alittle cooler than the stock tune!
In the past I have tried both the Hypertech Max Energy (Ultra-hot EGTs) and the Edge Juice/Attitude (surging issues) and the tow setting I tried tonight is WAY more powerful than either of these! So far I am very impressed with the Superchips!
I can't imagine what the smarty must be like! (I'm slowly working up to one!)

Every truck is different, maybe yours will like the flashpaq better then the smarty. Just kidding but enjoy it while it lasts, every time I put something on my truck I am happy for about a week then looking for something else.
