Problems with Industrial Injection
If this is long and rambling I apologize but I am edited by admin. So my 4 month old turbo blew, I call II and they say send it out. I tell them I need it ASAP because I need the truck for work and I am leaving for vacation with it and my family on Wed. Brady says no prob. get it to me by thursday and it will be on the truck friday or monday. This was tuesday and on Wed I sent it air overnight AM delivery UPS for 289.00. Just because I really really need it. I call yesterday and they say they didnt get it. I checked the tracking number and it says they got it. I figure maybe it didnt get from the front to the shop so I called back today and they say we have not gotten anything because the turbo guy is on vacation. This is bull. I really dont like being lied to and I really dont like wasting my money. I could have sent it ground and they would be looking at it the same day. After I pay over 500 to fix my turbo because I know they wont honor the warranty and then pay another 200 to get it back quick I will be in for over 900 to get a rebuild on a turbo that is only 2 months old I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. If anyone has any advice it will be appreciated. Thanks

i know the feeling mine blew with only 180 miles on it and i had to pay them to fix it. they had a few excuses for why it blew, water in the oil, something from inside the engine went through it. it took a while but i got my $$ back. but i had proof that there was never any water in the oil and i was still driving the truck on the stock turbo after theres broke so nothing went through it they set the cartrige up to tight and the bearings went out. good luck.

Its a phat shaft 64, I will get my cash back if its the bearings, I have paper work for an oil analysis ever 5k from new so I got em by the boys on that one. Im just really mad that they lie up and down. I wouldnt be mad if they said we cant get to it for a week then I would not have overnighted it and I would have got a spare turbo and ran it. I dont like being played. I was straight with them and my cash is green like everyone else.

If these turbo shops only had as good of service as goerend's service they would have alot more return customers and better sales. Why cant anyone be straight with anyone. They treat you like mushrooms, feed you bull and keep you in the blind

My advice is to call Brady again, if he told you he could do it in that time frame, then he should have known whether his turbo guy would be there or not. If it was his error then he should pay the shipping, simple as that.
I would if It had been my fault............People make mistakes, how they deal with them is what matters. My mistakes have cost me money instead of the customer, when it is the customers mistake I expect him to take responsibility for his actions as well....it should be a level playing field.
