Price Check....

Been out of the Cummins game for a few years now and I just found a 94 Regular Cab Long Bed 5sp 4X4 with 159,000 miles on the clock so I figured I would come and ask the experts their opinion. The body looks great with only a couple dings and scratches. The interior is a little worn but nothing major. I didn't crawl under it but it looks to have stock exhaust. It says 7995 on the window. What do you guys think? Is it worth it?

dont be afraid to beat the guy down, the economy is poor lately. if you can go with COB (CASH ON THE BARREL HEAD) thats the best, i did that. i gave my dad some of the money to hold so i could haggle the best i could with the guy

did you check the kelly blue book value? good luck!

Yes, but primarily as donor trucks for other project vehicles.

Maybe at one time, but now with the CR's putting the power down that they do and being adjustable. I can find 03-04 CR's all day long for a few grand more with less miles. I picked up a 97 a couple years ago for $2500. Granted it had a few more miles and needed a trans rebuild, but miles dont bother me and I have extra parts. I know where theres a 95 right now and the guy told me he'd sell it to me for $1600.

Sounds like you guys are finding better deals in your area than me. Around here people want gold for Cummins trucks....Where is this 95 for 1600 again???

Been trying to get 6K for Brownie, that's a 97 4X4 ext cab with 130K!

No luck so far, but haven't really been beating the bushes either.

Prices have definitely come down.

basically what is going on around here....You just don't find deals around here for Cummins considering they are so popular...Thats why I was thinking about getting this truck if I could get it for around 7.....

BTW....thanks mods for moving this thread in the correct section...
