PPE programmer problems

Hello everyone,

I purchased the PPE Excellerator from someone a while back. I have installed all of the different programs as well as returning the stock configuration a few times and did not have issues. The other day, I installed the stock program and did some changes to tire height. I tried to use the programmer later and I got a warning that there is a vin mismatch. I have talked to the people at PPE, who have not given me a solution for this yet. It sounds like the next step is to send the programmer to them. Any advice? I would like to make sure that my pickup is back to a stock setting if nothing else. In the mean time, I will continue to work with PPE.

Thanks!

The previous owner did not switch the tire size settings to stock, so when I messed with the settings, there was a vin mismatch. Until this, I did not have any trouble with power level settings, but afterwards it did not work.

I have to send it back to PPE to have the stock settings for my rig uploaded into it. $150 out of my pocket, but at least it was pretty cheap in the first place!
