Is it the pitman arm seal thats bad? if so its easy to remove the steering box, undo the 4 bolts on the top pull out the pitman arm shaft replace the BEARING and seal. re-instal in reverse order. dirt simple. I did mine last yr. had to do it to a box that was 2months old, could not get warranty on the PS box cause my truck is used for commercial use, so rather than spend another 250$ on a box I spent 35$ at napa for a seal kit, and 200 for a steering box brace (DSS) this was 50,000miles ago still dry today.

best investment is a steering box brace, as it supports the box so that it does not tear out PS boxes and strengthens it so it wont crack the frame near the steering box

how do you get the seal out. do you hafta pull the box off and disassemble? or can it be pulled out the bottom once the pitman arm is off?

I pulled the box apart, I know you cant replace the lower bearing without removing the pitman arm shaft. and if you dont replace the bearing the seal WILL leak again, have someone move the steering wheel while you watch the pitman arm likely you will see it flopping all around
