power steering jerky...sometimes

About 2 weeks ago my truck started something weird. When turning a corner at low speeds between 5-10 mph my steering wheel turns normal, when it's correcting.. around the last half turn, the wheel feels like it is grabbing if I let it correct on it's own. If I correct it quicker it corrects normally without any jerky motion. It seems to be worse when turning to the right than the left. When I am stopped I can turn both directions, and it's as smooth as it always has been. I've checked the fluid it's fine, and it doesn't do it everytime, there are no abnormal sounds either. Any help would be appreciated.
