i hooked my dodge up to a friends pro ecm reading tool because i have had a large drop in power between 2200rpm and 3000 and boost stops at 25 psi instead of 32 like it had for 3yrs. when i did this the ecm tool said under hard accl. i had almost 40psi of boost even though my mechanical gauge says boost is only 25psi. when we shut off the engine the ecm tool said i still had 12psi.i am the 2nd owner and don't know who the 1st and was. is it possible for a for a reprogrammer to make the ecm think it has 12 psi all the time.(it reads 0 psi if we unplug the map).
(the egt and fuel preasure are fine)

Try cleaning the MAP it might help.

Hey man. did you get that map cleaned yet.
I think your biggest problem is your boost fooler.
your map could have been bad 4 a while but the boost fooler was covering it up. when that went out that would start your problem.

ill be back up that way in a few weeks if you cant get it figured out we can pull the edge compoff my truck and put it on yours to see if that will work.
