Some of you guys were asking, so you need to post up. This is not intended to be a big event, its mostly for those of you who want to dyno or need to tune.

Its a dynojet, not in ground. I'm just taking a reading of interest here before I call them again. I did forget to ask about duallys though. I'll try to call them and ask.

$75 for 3runs.
$100 for 1 hour.

There's no minimum, but if there are gonna be alot of trucks, a discount could be available. This might be a good time to dyno again before the big OBX event or the MATR event. I may or may not dyno that day depending on mods I've done.


On Friday, April 9th, my brother and I have 3hours reserved for tuning. This is the day before we go to MATR. Its currently gonna be early in the day and anybody can add on to that or come out and watch. We WILL BE THERE.

Is there going to be a dyno at MATR?

Not that I know of. At least, there never has been before.

Would like to come to the Dyno Day but won't know for sure untill closer to the day so put me in as a maybe. Unless something major comes up though we will be at MATR 08.

The $100 really isn't that bad of a deal for an hour. You can do alot of runs in an hour and good bit of tinkering.

I will probably be interested in the dyno on the 22nd. What are the specifics on time and an address.

Thats what Keegan had it one of his earlier post. Time.......I'm going to say 8 to whenever unless Keegan knows otherwise. How is the new tranny treating you?? I'm guessing you got a billet input and output with it.

Just picked it up from Phil around 7:30 tonight. Haven't been able to play with it much yet, but so far seems like a big difference. I love the lock-up switch. Went with the billet input. Decided to stay with the stock intermediate and output. If I do ever break the output it is not that big of a deal to change it.

I wish I could make this. I wont have a bit of time to tune for creswell, as I fly home the evening of the 4th.

Pretty excited to see what kind of my numbers my truck will put down after the Mach 4 install and the new HTT 62/12 plus I might upgrade to the Hot Juice. Hoping to hit 500, see if this South Bend Feramic will hold it.

They have done duallys, but the training wheels have to come off. [redface]

Doors open at 8AM. I've told them 4-8 trucks, but we can dyno as many as we want until 1pm.

I've made as many as 20 pulls in an hour to find my best settings.

Sure, there's a Cracker Barrell right off I-40 on Wendover about 3-4 miles from the dyno.

Coming from the coast on I40, take the Wendover exit and turn left for Cracker Barrel and it the first right after you cross over the bridge.

To get to the dyno, take the Wendover exit and turn right, its at the bottom of the hill on the right about a 1/4 mile after you pass Costco.

I don't know on a big dyno day, but when I've been there, I've run the truck because I had multiple changes to make.

Sweet Mike, how is she running? I wish i was ready to get that 64/12 but that won't happen for awhile :(

Is it as impresive as we talked about on the phone the other day?

This charger is surprisingly fun to drive. I had the mind set from the beginning that with the big A/R and larger turbine wheel I would experience more lag. Spool up is pretty darn good, some of that could be contributed to the coated exhaust housing?

I haven't really laid into it all that much, yet.. I want to get some mileage on it before pouring the coal. With that said; it runs a tad bit hotter just cruising, but rolling into the pedal I wasn't able to get over 1200* with just injectors.

The other observations I made beyond EGTs. I got the charger lit around 1600-1700 rpms in 3rd gear. This new charger has a different sound to it as well.

I'll have some more seat time tomorrow to log some mileage. I don't want a ticket so I save the full "ON" runs for the dyno and the track.

Sounds good Mike. I think you will like it alot once it's good and broken in to the truck.

Good question, Im running dual 7" mitres, I didn't see any piping in the last dyno video you did in Greensboro, all of my smoke would go straight to the cieling(were talking a lot of smoke).

There aren't any videos from Greensboro, those are in Durham. I'll try to call them Monday and find out.

Me, my father and my son are coming only bringing my truck if we can dyno with stacks. I plan on making only 3 runs not the full hour.

Reddodge3521(Allan), just got back from Iraq this morning at 2 in the morning(woke me up[verymad]) He is coming with me. Im not sure if we will have his 94 12V working by then(blown headgasket and missing freeze plug). If not, I guess I have an A Driver. So, are we set for breakfast?

They dont ever seem to care much. My 3 year old daughter goes everywhere with me. She is always at the dyno and track, she is a truck girl.

Thank you. They let us go back home yesterday since her o2 quit going down while she was asleep. Turns out they found Pnuemoina in both her lungs on the chest x-ray. She is up and running around like normal again.

I looked at the location on google maps but cant tell by the address what side of the road it's on when approaching from the interstate side..?? also looks like I wont make it for the breakfast since the wife don't wanna leave that early:( (It's gonnna take us almost 2 hours to get there) but we gotta go to the Camping World store down there anyway so it will be a bonus to see a few nice trucks. Approaching the dyno from the interstate, you will go down a hill right by COSTCO on your RIGHT, at the bottom of the hill, you'll go through a light past two car lots and the dyno is Foreign Automotive Specialist on the right.

Dont exactly where low is considered but I do know makes me feel better to see some others gonna be there close to stock as well. But everone has to start somewhere. I just mainly want to see where its at since havent dynoed it since it was bone stock back several years ago when pops had it.
